SimersonAi designs and builds custom AI automation agents and related services for businesses. The website provides information about our services and lets you request a preliminary automation game plan. Any automation plan or estimate generated on this site is a preliminary concept based on the information you provide, not a quote, contract, or commitment. Final scope, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Client engagements

Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) between you and SimersonAi. Where our services involve protected health information, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will also apply. If those agreements conflict with these Terms for the services they cover, those agreements control.

Messaging terms (SMS/text)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from SimersonAi related to your inquiry, project, or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
